playlist

i've been listening to some great music lately, some with more of a romantic undertone than previous stuff i listen to. but this beautiful music i've been listening to, music that makes driving a great experience that i turn into one of those weird people who smile behind the wheel for no reason and wish i could close my eyes to just listen (but can't because it's highly unsafe!). i hope i still love these songs when in say, 10 years from now. it's very simple, occasionally acoustic, but oh so genuine. i don't need typical #1 of the week dance music. those get looked over and the ones i love deserve individual attention. so many changes occur from year to year, maturing and exposure to new things. i'm loving where my life is right now, and wish it could freeze and accelerate at the same time. as for right now, i'm in fountain hall with 20 minutes until my next class, and i'm writing down in my notebook (barnes and noble makes the best!) these songs. if anyone would like, i can make a cd of these for you. these songs just remind me of perks of being a wallflower, how they could be ones that make Charlie feel infinite.
speaking of which, in the book there's a part where he plays DJ at a friend's graduation party, i believe, and he says that he plays records according to the mood he observes. it would be interesting to hear what those songs were. such a good book.
and you may be wondering why i have 20 minutes to spare at this time? well i had an anthropology midterm today. i thought it was wednesday. whoops. even though we reviewed in class, i was hoping to go over my study guide today and tommorrow. i feel i did alright on it, thought. oh well.
and i love songmeanings.net
