we went to the mall because apparently they have an indoor trick or treat thing every year (never knew) and it was PACKED. people were taking pictures of and WITH both of us. i shook hands with a guy dressed in a suit with an obama mask, and there were SO many flashes. it was a strange and hilarious situation!
all my friends i got to see looked extremely precious, and most likely so did friends i've yet to see pictures of! i saw 2 friends whose birthday it was, and hopped to 3 random gatherings. all were extremely...interesting, especially the last. there were just a lot of old people mixed with young, most likely friends of the band that played like 60s, 70s music. but with kareem and alyssa, all we could do is laugh at how weird everything was.
i have to say, though, the best costume i saw was on regis and kelly yesterday morning. i LOVE the roller coaster one that won. and i'm not sure if you can see in the clip, but someone also made an abominable snowman costume from those old clay Christmas movies. SO good. check it out:

any woo, this week has been really really fun. heather kareem and i got together to work on sweatshirts for our friends in minnesota. you see, at Moorpark College, they have a Zoo program that's apparently one of the best Zoology programs in the nation! (who knew?) and they have these awesome sweatshirts that i guess haven't sold that well. they have a lifelike sketch of a tiger, i believe, and were only $4.28. so we bought two and customized them for Bradley and Cacie:
and besides that, I've just been fortunate to spend time with friends and enjoy their company.
i hope to see pictures of the rest of you!
xoxo gossip girl
